Aligned with the principles of fair recruitment

For internationally qualified nursing professionals, our recruitment is already aligned with the principles and requirements of the quality seal “Faire Anwerbung Pflege Deutschland”: employer-pays principle, reliable information, voluntariness and a confidential complaints procedure. More about fair recruitment

Recognition

From your Indian qualification to fully recognised registered nurse.

Professional recognition is the central step on your pathway. We coordinate the procedure and explain every step clearly.

Documents & application

We review your documents, support German language training up to the required level and coordinate the application with the competent German authority.

Adaptation programme or knowledge test

If the authority identifies substantial differences, a compensatory measure is required. Where the law provides a choice, we inform you neutrally – you decide.

Registered nurse

After successful completion and proof of the further requirements, the authority grants professional authorisation – you work as a fully recognised registered nurse (“examinierte Pflegefachkraft”).

Information brochure

“Faire Anwerbung Pflege Deutschland” – read it before every decision.

Before entering into a binding recruitment agreement, you receive the current information brochure on the quality seal in unmodified form and in a language you can understand. It explains your rights, the process and the complaint options.

Before every contract: a meeting

Before you sign an employment contract, you meet your future employer in person or online. You receive the written offer with all essential conditions in good time beforehand – you have time to ask questions and seek independent advice.

Your original documents stay with you

Passports, certificates and other original documents are never retained as security. They are provided temporarily only with your knowledge and consent when an authority requires them – and are returned afterwards.

After arrival

We stay with you until you have truly arrived.

Our support does not end on your first working day. We remain your contact – until you are integrated in your team and your life in Germany is settled.

  • Airport pick-up and transport to accommodation, where agreed
  • Residence registration, bank account, tax ID, health insurance, SIM card
  • Orientation on everyday life, authorities and workplace culture
  • Where required, support with accommodation searches
  • Mentoring and intercultural support where included in the project
  • Named contact persons – also months after your start
