Frequently asked questions from institutions

Who can IndoMedCare recruit for our institution?

Qualified nursing professionals from India and motivated applicants for vocational nursing training – selected according to the profile we agree together. Individual qualification, motivation and suitability are decisive, not origin.

Who bears the recruitment costs?

For internationally trained nursing professionals we work under the employer-pays principle: they pay no recruitment or placement fees, no deposits and no security payments; recruitment-related costs are allocated to the employer in accordance with the applicable quality and testing provisions. For the recruitment of trainees, we will align our terms with the extended requirements of the quality seal from 2027. The specific remuneration is agreed individually and transparently.

How long does recruitment take?

The total duration varies from case to case and depends on the language level, completeness of documents, competent recognition authority, outcome of the equivalence assessment, visa procedure and the employer process. Several steps run in parallel. Official decisions and processing times remain with the competent authorities – we do not give time guarantees.
