Our principles

Recruitment that everyone involved can follow.

Our objective is not simply to fill vacancies at short notice, but to build sustainable and reliable partnerships for both the recruited individuals and the receiving institutions.

Fair and transparent recruitment

Candidates receive essential information in writing, in good time and in an understandable form – before every binding decision.

Employer-pays principle

Internationally trained nursing professionals do not pay IndoMedCare any recruitment or placement fees. No deposits, no security payments.

Voluntary, informed decisions

Offers can be freely accepted or declined. Before a contract is signed, the candidate meets the employer in person or online.

Transparent conditions

Employment and training conditions are clearly presented: workplace, duties, remuneration, probation, leave, termination conditions.

Responsibility along the service chain

Our partners in India and Germany are contractually bound to the principles of fair recruitment.

Confidential complaints procedure

Easily accessible, documented and generally processed within three weeks – without disadvantage.

  • Recruitment of applicants for vocational nursing training – prepared for the extended quality seal from 2027
