Nursing training in Germany – start well prepared.
Generalist nursing training (“Pflegeausbildung”) takes three years, is paid, and leads to the qualification Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann. We advise you on requirements and routes, prepare you for the language, everyday life and workplace culture, and accompany you into your training.

Consultation and eligibility review
Together we clarify which training route suits you and review your school qualification, certificates and language level.

Language preparation
German is the key to training. You learn early which language level the nursing school and the visa require – and prepare for it specifically.

Application and introduction
We support your application and the selection procedure. Before any commitment, you meet the training provider in person or online.

Training contract
You conclude the training contract directly with the training provider. Beforehand you receive transparent information on duration, training allowance, nursing school, practical locations and accommodation.

Visa and entry
We support the residence and visa procedures and prepare you organisationally and culturally for Germany.
- 06
Start of training and support
We accompany your arrival and the first months – and remain your contact until you have settled securely into training and everyday life.

The scope of the quality seal “Faire Anwerbung Pflege Deutschland” is planned to be extended to applicants for vocational nursing training from 1 January 2027. From 2027, IndoMedCare will also align the recruitment of trainees with these principles – and is already preparing its processes today.
