Leadership
Dr. Lijo Jose Vattoly
Specialist in Internal Medicine and Nephrology, Managing Director of IndoMedCare GmbH. With personal and professional experience in both India and Germany, he combines medical expertise with intercultural experience and a practical understanding of the German healthcare system.
Our approach combines structured selection, transparent communication, language and cultural preparation, and personal support. We work with carefully selected partners in India and Germany and require our service partners to comply with the principles of fair international recruitment.

India and Kerala – our regional focus
Kerala – where nursing is a tradition.
A narrow, green strip of coast in India’s south-west – and for generations one of the world’s most important regions for educating nursing professionals. Nursing in Kerala is taught in English, within a dense network of nursing schools, colleges and teaching hospitals.

Kerala has a long tradition of nursing education. Many of our partner institutions prepare candidates specifically for the requirements of the German healthcare system.

Before each active recruitment project, the current legal and international requirements are taken into account, including the WHO safeguard provisions. India is not on the WHO Health Workforce Support and Safeguards List (as of 2023) – the list of countries from which active recruitment should not take place.
